Considering the pre-existing site condition with consequences inflicted by our modern society, the structure is standing on a landscape that is threatened by flooding. The first phase of the proposal consists of a 20x20ft backbone structure that rises above the two bridges and a series of interlocking oases, creating a vertical garden that serves both as an educational and communal space.
